The new Electos 3 Studio is an entirely web-based software system that incorporates AJAX-style technologies enabling Windows-style drag-and-drop capability, state-of-the-art user interfaces and more! By using a browser interface, Electos Studio is available anytime, anywhere without the need to install special client software.

There are a host of new features in Electos 3 that current users will want to use - start migrating your existing Electos websites today to take advantage of the following:

• New User Interface - The User interface for both the Electos Studio and the Electos Site Manager have been redesigned using AJAX-style technologies in both the graphical aspects of Electos as well as in new functionality. The new User Interface supports drag-and-drop, multiple select and modal dialogs making the maintaining and creating of content faster & easier than ever!
• Multiple browser support - The new Electos Studio is designed with the use of multiple browsers in mind. Both Firefox and Internet Explorer web browsers are now fully supported.
• Webshop module - Electos 3's new Webshop module allows you to create and manage products and enables website visitors to place online orders. The Webshop is fully customizable to your specific needs. Importing products and exporting orders is supported, as well!
• Reporting module - Electos 3's new Reporting module allows you to create basic reports on your website content. You can create your own reports, define which columns you wish to see, and specify filters to give you the best possible overview on your content.
• Create Menu Links - Electos now supports the creation of links in your website menu which do not point to a page or any other Electos content, making it possible to add links to other websites or local web applications which can be managed from the Electos Studio.
• Embedded Pages - A new document structure item type named "Iframe" is now included. When editing a page with an Iframe element the user can specify the URL that should be shown. The website will print the URL embedded within the Electos website. This feature will allow you to easily embed your own web application within an Electos website.
• Customizable Website Directory Locations - The Electos Site Manager can be used to specify the exact location of a website's root directory, its AppHTML directory, its Data directory and/or its ContentFiles directory, making it possible to create the directory structure you require while still being able to use all of Electos' features.
• Language Support for use of English, German, Danish and Dutch in the Studio.
