The Electos designs are copyrighted material licensed for use by Licensee only. Licensee has the limited right to apply the designs to any Electos Content Management System based web site that Licensee is legally authorized to deploy.
The Electos designs may not be sold, lent, given or in any other way transferred to any third party. Licensee may modify the Electos designs; modification conveys no additional rights or entitlements to Licensee.
